How to read the result
Risk is the absolute distance between entry and stop. Reward is the distance between entry and target. Dividing reward by risk gives the reward-to-risk multiple. A 3.0 result means the planned target distance is three times the planned stop distance.
The ratio describes trade structure only. It does not tell you the probability of reaching the target.
